Description of Service

GrepAway provides a travel search engine that enables users to compare prices for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services offered by third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotel operators, car rental companies, and online travel agencies ("Travel Providers").

GrepAway is an Aggregator

We do not provide, own, or control the actual travel services. Your bookings are made directly with the Travel Provider, and their terms apply. We are not responsible for issues arising from your bookings with them.

The information displayed (pricing, availability, etc.) is provided by Travel Providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee it is always complete or current, as prices change frequently.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms, and you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Prohibited Actions:

Commercial use beyond personal/business travel planning.
Using automated means (robots, scrapers) without permission.
Bypassing technical restrictions (robot headers, access limits).
Imposing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Deep-linking, framing, or mirroring the Service.
Reverse engineering our software.
Making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.
Posting unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by GrepAway or its licensors and protected by international intellectual property laws.

You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. The GrepAway name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks and require written permission for use.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Service links to Travel Providers and other third parties. We don't control these external sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third parties found via GrepAway are solely between you and them. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from these interactions. Always review third-party terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Neither GrepAway nor anyone associated with us warrants that the Service will be complete, secure, reliable, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

We specifically disclaim liability for errors or inaccuracies in third-party information (pricing, availability, descriptions, photos, etc.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, and FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This doesn't affect warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, GREPAWAY (INCLUDING AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, ETC.) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, ETC.) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR LINKED SITES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

This doesn't affect liability that cannot be excluded by law. If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the 6 months prior, or (b) US$100.00.

These limitations reflect the risk allocation and will apply even if a limited remedy fails.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrepAway and associated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service (beyond what's authorized), or your interactions with Travel Providers.

Termination

We can terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Provisions meant to survive termination (liability, disclaimers, IP, etc.) will remain in effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
